  1. Choose your experience

    Explore hotel, spa and dining experiences across Kenya. Pick your favourite and check what’s included, where it’s valid and any booking requirements.

  2. Make it yours or make it a gift

    Tell us who the voucher is for. Buying a gift? Enter the recipient’s details so the voucher is issued in their name.

  3. Pay and receive your voucher

    Pay with M-Pesa or card. You’ll receive a link to your digital voucher via WhatsApp or email.

    Open the link to see your voucher number, included services, expiry date and current status.

  4. Plan your visit

    Check your voucher’s booking instructions. If a reservation is required, arrange your visit with the hotel before you go.

    You can also create a VibePass account from your voucher page to request a date. Your visit is booked once the hotel confirms availability.

  5. Show your voucher and enjoy

    At the venue, open your voucher on your phone and show the QR code. The team will check it and process the redemption. You’ll receive a notification when its status changes.
